At Bask and Lather Co, we want you to love your hair and skin results; however, due to the nature of our natural beauty products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Mail your package using a trackable shipping service to the address provided by our support team to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
